MICOM-2ET-RDP Connections
Most connections are implemented at the connections box of the MICOM-2ET-
RDP (with the exception of the microphone, which is connected directly to the
front panel of the MICOM-2E radio).

Connecting the MICOM-2ET-RDP to Grounding
It is highly recommended to connect the MICOM-2ET-RDP suitcase to the
ground. Optimal performance is achieved with ground connection of a very low
resistance.
The GND terminal at the connections box of the MICOM-2ET-RDP should be
connected to grounding such as water piping in a building, a grounding rod or a
vehicle chassis..

Connecting a Microphone
The microphone should be connected to the MIC terminal on the front panel of
the MICOM-2E radio (see Figure 2).
