Store a phone number or

You can store a phone number or a
Walkie-Talkie ID in
Contacts :
Shortcut: From the home screen press -
under
Contcs .
or
Find it: M > e > [New Contact] .
1 Enter a name for the new entry and
press
O
.
Each entry’s name can
contain up to 20 characters.
2 Select a specific
Ringtone and
press
O
.
3 Select a type for the entry (
Mobile ,
Walkie-Talkie , Work1 , Work2 ,
Home , Fax , Pager , or Other ) and
press
O
.
4 Enter the number for the entry and
press
- under Done to save the
entry
.
Tip: You can scroll left or right to store
and view other information for the
entry. You can choose a special ringer,
store an Email address, assign a Group,
and more.
After you have saved the number, the
new Contacts entry is displayed.
