160 Section 2G: Using the Phone’s Tools
Receiving Items
You receive a prompt when your phone has an incoming
transfer.
䊳 Press Accept (left softkey) to accept the transfer.
– or –
䊳 Press Reject (right softkey) to reject.
Canceling Transfers
You can cancel a transfer while the transfer is in progress.
To cancel a transfer:
1. Press Cancel (right softkey).
2. Press Yes (left softkey) to cancel.
– or –
Press No (right softkey) to continue with the transfer.
Viewing and Storing Received Items
After an incoming transfer is complete, your phone translates
the item. The item appears on your phone’s display.
You can choose to either store or discard the item. Items are
stored as follows:
䢇 Contact entries are stored to Contacts.
䢇 Pictures are accessible through My Pictures.
䢇 Datebook events are stored to Datebook.
䡲 To store the item, press Store (left softkey) or
press
O.
䡲 To discard an item without saving it, press Discard
(left softkey).
Note
If a transfer is interrupted, the Connection Failed prompt
displays.
