Antenna
The retractable antenna on your i580 phone is
designed to be extended during calls and is
essential to attain the hearing aid compatibility
rating on applicable models.
To extend the antenna, pull gently on the tip until
the antenna is fully extended and clicks into
position.
When finished with a call, retract the antenna by
pushing gently on the tip until the antenna clicks
into place.
To optimize your phone’s performance, extend the
antenna when you make or receive a call, and
avoid touching the antenna with any body part.
