Sprint PCS Callback
You can return a call after listening to a message without
disconnecting from voicemail.
To return a call directly from voicemail:
䊳 Press 8 after listening to a message.
Voicemail-to-Voicemail Message
You can record and send a voicemail message to other Sprint
PCS Voicemail users.
To record and send a voicemail message:
1. From the main voicemail menu, press 2 to send a
message
.
2. Follow the voice prompts to send your voicemail
message.
Voicemail-to-Voicemail Message Reply
You can record and send a voicemail message in response to a
voicemail from any other Sprint PCS Voicemail user.
To respond and send a voicemail message:
1. After listening to a voicemail message, press 2.
2. Follow the voice prompts to record and send your reply.
Voicemail-to-Voicemail Message Forwarding
You can forward a voicemail message, except those marked
“Private,” to other Sprint PCS Voicemail users.
To forward a voicemail message:
1. After listening to a message, press 6
.
2. Follow the voice prompts to forward the voicemail
message.
