2. Select the files you want to copy.

Click then click Share with PC to copy files to your PC clipboard.
4. On your PC, paste the files to a folder.
Capture and record mobile desktop
Click in the mobile desktop taskbar to capture areas in the mobile desktop window.
To record the mobile desktop, click in the mobile desktop taskbar to open quick settings, then click the
Screen record quick setting.
Use phone as webcam
For a better video call experience, use your phone camera as a webcam.
1. Use the Ready For Assistant to connect phone to PC with a USB cable.
The phone connects with the PC and is available to use as a webcam.
2. Configure your video call application to use your phone’s camera as the video camera
During video calls, use controls on the phone screen or webcam windows on mobile desktop to switch
between front and rear cameras, select camera angles, mute camera, track subjects, and more tasks.
On the mobile desktop, keep the webcam window open during video calls. If the window is closed during
the video call, turn the camera off and on to re-open the window.
Fix a problem
Wi-Fi connection with PC not stable
The icon in the mobile desktop taskbar shows the Wi-Fi connection status. If the connection becomes
unstable, try using a different Wi-Fi network or use a USB connection.
Cannot connect phone to PC
•
Connect PC and phone to the Wi-Fi network.
•
If using a virtual private network (VPN), turn off VPN. Or, turn on VPN after phone connects with PC.
•
If using a wireless connection, try connecting with a USB cable.
•
If using a USB cable, try a different USB cable.
Speed or audio issues when connected with Wi-Fi
If using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, try using 5.0GHz if available.
Try connecting with a USB cable.
Cannot play media on external display or PC
Content with High-bandwidth Digital Content Projection (HDCP) can be played only on HDCP-compliant
devices. If content doesn’t play on your external display, try viewing the content on your phone.
