Fast Facts 5 (Gigabit Ethernet)

The Fast Facts 5 (Gigabit Ethernet) screen displays information relating to Gigabit

Ethernet port (right RJ-45 port on back of unit) configuration.

Note: To move between the two Fast Fact 5 screens, use the

buttons.

Field Name Definition

Network Status Displays the connectivity status (either Link Up or Link Down).

MAC Address Displays the MAC Address of the GigE port.

IP Address Displays the IP address of the GigE port.

Subnet Mask Displays the Subnet Mask of the GigE port.

Gateway Displays the Gateway of the GigE port.

Output Mode Displays type of MPEG streams that are output from the GigE port. This could

be off, pass-through, transcoded, or both pass-through and transcoded.

Pass-Thru Displays the GigE IP address and port to where the pass-through MPEG stream

is sent.

Transcoded Displays the GigE IP address and port to where the transcoded MPEG stream

is sent.
