Toreceiveacallfromagroupofusers,yourradiomustbe
conguredaspartofthatgroup.
WhenyoureceiveaGroupCall(whileontheHomescreen),
theLEDblinksgreen.Therstlineofthedisplayshowsthe
calleralias,andtheRSSIicon.Thesecondlinedisplaysthe
groupaliasandtheGroupCallicon(inDigitalmodeonly).Your
radiounmutesandtheincomingcallsoundsthroughtheradio's
speaker.
1Holdtheradiovertically1to2inches(2.5to5.0cm)from
yourmouth.
•IftheChannelFreeIndicationfeatureisenabled,you
hearashortalerttonethemomentthetransmittingradio
releasesthePTTbutton,indicatingthechannelisfreefor
youtorespond.PressthePTTbuttontorespond.
•IftheVoiceInterruptfeatureisenabled,pressthePTT
buttontostopthecurrentcallfromthetransmittingradio
andfreethechannelforyoutotalk/respond.
