Exports a RSA Keypair to a specified destination
• <RSA-KEYPAIR-NAME> – Specify the RSA Keypair name.

Specify the RSA Keypair destination address in the following format:
tftp://<hostname|IP>[:port]/path/file
ftp://<user>:<passwd>@<hostname|IP>[:port]/path/file
