Caution: Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Avoid skin contact with solution.
Avoid breathing vapor. Do not take internally or splash in eyes. If splashed in eyes, flush
with water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. In any of these events call a physician
immediately. Use only with adequate ventilation.
Directions:
1. Warm up vehicle to operating temperature.
2. Shut off vehicle’s engine and remove the air hose boot at the throttle plate.
3. Insert ‘S’ nozzle into throttle plate opening, and reinstall air hose boot. ‘S’ tool
must be as close to the throttle plate as possible.
4. Prior to starting engine, pour entire contents of detergent into sprayer pressure
canister and tighten.
5. Start engine.
6. Close ball valve on sprayer and connect shop air to regulator on sprayer.
7. Adjust sprayer regulator to minimum of 80 psi. Open ball valve slowly. Increase
idle to open throttle plate.
8. After cleaning is complete and canister is empty stop engine.
9. Remove air hose boot and remove ‘S’ nozzle from throttle plate.
10. Reinstall air boot, start engine and test-drive for 3 to 5 miles to clear system.
11. Service takes approximately 8 minutes for fill of 24 ounces.
