This water-based, biodegradable, non-toxic, Mötsenböcker’s Lift Off® All Surface Paint Prep &
TSP Substitute cleans and deglosses prior to painting or renishing. It improves paint and bonding
adhesion to new or re-worked surfaces, painted or un-painted, and can be used on all paints (latex
or oil based), varnish, lacquer and polyurethane.
