Allows the port to use the IEEE 802.3u protocol to negotiate
with connected devices. The port and connected devices will
determine the best speed for that connection.

Choose a fixed speed option if the connected Ethernet device
has trouble auto-negotiating line speed.

Flow Control
This setting enables or disables flow control for the port when the port’s speed is set to Auto. The final result
will be determined by the Auto process between the switch and connected devices.
