Starting Your V481 Computer
Connect the CRT monitor or LCD monitor to the target computer, and then power it on by
connecting it to the power adaptor. It takes about 30 to 40 seconds for the system to boot up.
During the boot process, you will see the following startup screen with a progress bar.
Once the system is ready, the Windows CE desktop window will appear.
