Upright Mode 1:
Tilt the gimbal over by 45 degrees, the gimbal will automatically
switch into the vertical mode, then tilt handgrip down by 45 degrees.
Notes: It is required to turn on the vertical mode in the MOZA
Assistant App when change into the upright mode.
Upright Mode 2:
Hold the phone with one hand, rotate the handgrip around the
roll motor by 180 degrees.
Search MOZA Assistant in App Store and download the APP to
your iPhone. For Mac and Windows user, please download the
installation files on GUDSEN’s official download page.
Notes: Driver installation is required for first time users on PC
or Mac OS. Mac users will need to go to Change Gatekeeper
Settings, Install Programs from Unidentified Developers, and
select install from Allow from Anywhere
Turn on Mini-C. and start up the MOZA Assistant App from your
phone. Connect the gimbal to your phone via Bluetooth connection.
Plug in the USB cable to connect the gimbal to computer. Open the
MOZA Assistant software.
Gyroscope calibration
Click “Motor” to turn off motors. Place the gimbal on a sturdy
surface. You can use your smartphone or Mac/Windows computer:
1. Launch the MOZA Assistant App on your phone. Click
“Calibration” and choose “Gyro Calibration” to start calibration.
Click “Back” after the calibration is done.
2. Open the MOZA Assistant software on your computer. Click
“Gyro Calibration” to start calibration. Your screen will show
“success” after the calibration is finished.
Accelerometer calibration
1. Click “Accelerometer Calibration” in the APP, Follow the on
screen prompts, position the gimbal as shown in the prompts. Then
click “Start”.
2. Click “Accelerometer Calibration”on your computer. Follow the
on screen prompts, position the gimbal as shown in the prompts
Then click “OK”.
Notes: It is recommended to keep the room temperature
below 10 centigrade and keep the device still during the
calibration vibrations will effect accuracy of calibration. Follow
the 6 different position.
Press and hold the joystick, then press the “ON/OFF” button
once to start upgrading firmware. During the upgrading process, the
LED light will blink and the motors will powers off. You can use your
smartphone or your MAC/Windows computer:
1. Open the MOZA Assistant App on your phone. The APP will
automatically enter the firmware upgrading interface. Click “Upgrade
Firmware”.
2. Connect the gimbal to the computer with USB cable and open
the MOZA Assistant software. The APP will automatically enter the
firmware upgrading interface. Click “Upgrade Firmware”.
The gimbal can be detached from handgrip and attached to the
wearable kit.
Notes: After the Mini wearable kit in installed, the Bluetooth
for starting the wearable kit and detaching handgrip will
automatically pair. After pairing is succeeded, the handgrip can be
used as a remote controller to control the gimbal movements and
switch among follow modes. The control range is 2~4 meters.
The wearable kit concludes 2 18350 batteries. Loosen the lock
screw, insert the two batteries into the battery container. Pay attention
to polarity of the batteries. Then put the battery cover on, tighten the
lock screw.
The wearable kit is charged with the USB charging cable. The two
batteries can be charged at the same time. It will take 5 hours to
sufficiently charge the batteries. The indicator light flashes green after
it is fully charged.
On/Off Button:
Single press: Take a photo or start/stop recording;
Double press: Switch between front-facing camera and rear camera;
Triple Press: re-center the gimbal to its starting position;
Long Press: Turn on/off;

Firmware Upgrading:
Notes: The motor will not work during the firmware
upgrading. Press the R button at the bottom, then press the On/Off
button to enter the firmware upgrading mode. The upgrading of
wearable kit is similar to the Mini-C.
