BEFORE USE
1. The kettle should be placed upright on at, stable and dry surfaces .
2. Prior to the rst use, ll the kettle with water, bring to boil. It is recommended that you ll,
boil, and empty the kettle at least 2 times.
3. The kettle will turn o automatically after water boiling. However it may be turned o by the
user at any time by moving the “on/o” switch to the o position, if necessary.
4. After water has been boiled or the kettle has been switched o, wait several seconds before
switching it on again.
5. The empty kettle will be automatically turned o by its overheating protection system.
In such case the kettle should be allowed to cool for 15 minutes before its relling.
HOW TO USE THE KETTLE
1. Remove the kettle from its base before lling it with water.
2. Open the kettle’s lid, pour water to adesired level (however, not less than 0,5 L and do not
exceed the level of 1,2 L).
3. Pushing the button close the lid accurately.
4. Switch o the kettle by means of the switch. When the water comes to aboil the kettle will
turn o automatically.
IMPORTANT NOTE! The kettle may be used with its base delivered in the scope of purchased model. Do not ever
open the kettle lid in course of water boiling. The kettle should be regularly descaled in accordance with the
instructions included below. Always unplug cord of power base before cleaning and allow the jar to cool down.
The interior illumination function works when the kettle is switched on only.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Fill the jar with water mixed with vinegar or lemon juice (citric acid) or special descaling agent
available in the shops selling the household equipment.
2. Let the mixture soak in the kettle for an hour and boil the water thereafter.
3. Empty the kettle and rinse the inside thoroughly with cold.
4. Repeat this action up to three times, if necessary.
5. In order to eliminate the smell of vinegar, boil and remove water several times.
6. Wipe the jar inside and outside with acloth.
7. Failure to descale your kettle may result in its damage.
