TROUBLESHOOTING
The player will not play my music le.
• Ensurethattheleisinacompatibleformat(MP3,WMA).
• Thelemaybecopy-protected.UseWindowsMediaPlayertotransferthe
le.
• Thelemaybecopy-protected.Ensurethatthelicensehasnotexpired.
The LCD characters are corrupted.
• Ensure that the correct language has been selected. Try transferring some
songs and restart the player to automatically rebuild the Music Library.

the PC, or try using another USB cable.
• If you have connected the player through a USB hub, try connecting the
player directly to your computer.
• Ensure that the player’s memory capacity is not full.
• Ensure that there are less than 2500 items loaded on the player.
I transferred les to my player but they are missing from the Music
Library
