1.#Warranty#Coverage#
For#a#period#of#one#(1)#year#from#the#date#of#purchase#of#your#Mr#Beams®#Battery-Powered,#
Motion-#and#Light-Sensing#LED#Light#Fixture#from#an#authorized#re-seller,#any#malfunction#
caused#during#normal#use#by#defective#parts#or#workmanship#will#be#corrected#at#no#charge#to#
you.#This#warranty#is#not#transferrable#and#applies#only#to#the#original#purchaser.#By#registering#
the#purchased#product#on#www.mrbeams.com#the#warranty#period#will#be#extended#an#
addition#one#(1)#year#for#a#total#of#two#(2)#years#from#the#purchase#date.##

2.#Exclusions#
Repair#service,#adjustment,#calibration#or#damage#due#to#misuse,#abuse,#negligence#are#all#
excluded.#Unauthorized#service#or#modification#to#this#product#or#of#any#furnished#components#
will#void#this#warranty#in#its#entirely.#This#warranty#does#not#include#reimbursement#for#
inconvenience,#installation,#setup#time,#loss#of#use,#postage,#unauthorized#service#or#other#
products#used#in#conjunction#with,#but#are#not#supplied#by,#Wireless#Environment,#LLC.#Wireless#
Environment,#LLC’s#maximum#liability#under#this#warranty#is#limited#to#the#original#purchase#
price#of#the#Mr#Beams®#Battery-Powered,#Motion-#and#Light-Sensing#LED#Light#Fixture.#In#
addition,#Mr#Beams®#reserves#the#right#to#request#any#product#claimed#defective#to#be#returned#
to#Wireless#Environment,#LLC#for#inspection.##

THIS#WARRANTY#IS#EXPRESSLY#IN#LIEU#OF#ALL#OTHER#WARRANTIES,#EXPRESSED#OR#IMPLIED,#
INCLUDING#ANY#WARRANTY,#REPRESENTATION#OR#CONDITION#OF#MERCHANTABILITY#OR#THAT#
THE#PRODUCTS#ARE#FIT#FOR#ANY#PARTICULAR#PURPOSE#OR#USED,#AND#SPECIFICALLY#IN#LIEU#
