What to do if you have changed the password of your camera , but you have forgotten the new password?
A. In case you have NOT registered an account on the server (see “Register” menu): If the IP camera is ON and
connected via a network cable, you should press the reset button on one of the cables of the device at least
10 seconds using for example a cocktail stick. The camera makes a clicking sound and will now restart. The
password of the camera and the login server is now equal to the information on the sticker on the bottom
of the camera. The camera should be completely reset.
B. In case the camera has been added to an account (name + password) that you have created on the server
using the “Register” menu: Click in the software menu on “Forgot password”. Enter your name and e-mail
address. The server will then send you an email with a new password.
• Change access code: you can change the access code of the camera (sticker on the bottom). For more
information go to chapter “6.3.1.2 Change access code”.
• Change device alias: you can change the name of you camera. For more information go to chapter “6.3.1.3
Change device alias”.
With the magnifying glass you can search for a local video that has been recorded.
All the recorded files are listed on the left side. If you click on a particular file it will open in the black window. Then
left the screen click once, it will turn smaller with a white edge. Now you can navigate the footage with the menu on
the bottom (play, stop, rewind, forward, etc...).
With the lock icon you can change the login password (only in WAN menu).
