10. USE OF MICRO SD CARD (only for HD IP cameras)
10.1. Placing the micro SD card
Important: The SD card should be a Class 10 SD card with a maximum capacity of 32 GB !
• Power off the IP Camera.
• Open the IP camera by removing the 4 screws.
• Carefully take off the backside.
• Insert the micro SD card.
• Power ON the IP Camera.
10.2. Configuration of the camera for use with micro SD card
Go to the tab “LAN”.
Right-click on the camera icon and select “SD Card Configuration”.
Format the micro SD card and wait a minute until the formatting is done. Select the settings for the micro SD card, for
example similar to the ones indicated in the above image and click “OK” to confirm the settings. Click “Cancel” to finish
the configuration of the micro SD Card. The camera will now record on the SD Card.
Important: When the SD card is full, the oldest files will be deleted and the newer files will be added.
10.3. SD card query
In the tab “WAN” or “LAN”, right click the camera icon and select “SD card file download”.
You can now view a list with all files saved on your SD card.
All files saved on your SD-card will be saved as .hkv files.
