In Baskets: Security - Fortis now supports user and group permissions of add, modify, delete and view on the contents of In Baskets. (9887) Fortis: COM API – Resolved an issue with COM allowing you to create a new document record with a MAG file that contains zero pages. COM will now insert a single blank page into the MAG file if the caller does not specify any pages to add.
Fortis Release Notes Page |8 When the administrator makes a change by either checking or un-checking Maintain JPEG files, a message box will be displayed telling the administrator that previously imported files will be unaffected by the change. Once a file is imported using the Maintain JPEG files option, the MAG page is marked accordingly and remains as created for the life of the MAG page.

NOTE: Feature Limitations of Using Maintain JPEG Files. JPEG files imported using the Maintain JPEG files option can be viewed, annotated, printed and exported just as any other file, but with some limitations in functionality.

The Move action will attempt to act on the old version of the document from the original result set for the rule query which is not allowed. The recommended solution is to do the Move Action first and then do the Set Data or Append to MVF actions last when working with versioned documents.

QuickFind displayed a Run-time error 1288, if the user attempts to open a document from the query result. The reason this occurred is the document was deleted and the Audit Trail only contains the record of the delete document event. (8175) Fax In: Setup – A Browse button was added to the folder location control of the Setup>Fax dialog.

The attack surface was extremely limited in that the injected scripting still required a valid Fortis username/password to execute. The fix will now prevent any client side scripting inserted into a user variable from executing, even in the event that a valid Fortis username and password are provided.

This would sometimes also disable the Templates menu.
