_÷:_::::7:!: ::::::::!:"_:'_ Attaching Lower Handle (Hardware A) = Raise the rear of the deck and place it on a block securely. * Place the lower handle over the deck aligning the lower two holes inthe handle with the corresponding holes on the deck. See Figure 2. Flange Nut Attach the lower handle to the deck with shoulder screws in the upper hole and hex screws in the lower hole as shown in Figure 2, secure both with hex flange Iocknuts. Tighten securely.
Attaching the Blade Control Handle Adjustments WARNING The cable must be routed propedy to avoid contact with all sharp edges and hot surfaces. Such Straight End NOTE: If the blade control handle got displaced either during shipping or during assemblyof other two handles, reassemble it now. If the blade control handle is firmly secured in place, you may proceedto the next assembly. ,, To reattach the blade control handleto the upper handle, first identify the proper holes in the upper handle.
Securing Brake Cable (Hardware F) , Secure the cable to the lowerlefthandle near the base of the unit with a cable tie from the hardware pack. Trim off extra length of the cable tie. See Figure7. Attaching Wheels (Hardware E) NOTE: The holes provide three cutting heights for your mower. Use the same hole location for all four wheels when assembling. For example, if you desire the lowest cutting position, assemble each wheel at the highest hole on the deck.

, Lubricate these points before reassembly. , Under normal conditions service air cleaner as instructed in the separate engine manual packed with your unit. Clean every few hours under extremely dusty conditions. Poor engine performance and flooding usually indicates that the air cleaner should be serviced. The spark plug should be cleaned and the gap reset once a season.
