shoulderboltssecuringthe blackplasticlowerflail housingto the

9. Usinga 3/16"allenwrench,removethe flatheadcapscrewsthat
holdthechipperbladeto the impeller.Thesescrewsareaccessible
throughthe openingcreatedwhenthe chipperchutewasremoved

11.Replaceor sharpenchipperblade.The bladecan besharpened
withafile oron agrindingwheel.

the originalangleof grind.
13.Reassemblebyperformingthe previousstepsin theoppositeorder
andmannerof removal.
NOTE:Tightenbladescrewsto 210- 250 in-lbs.Makecertainchipper
bladeis reassembledwiththe sharpedgefacingupward.
