You are not charged for airtime if the called party does not answer or if the line is busy. However, calls picked up by Voice Mail service, an answering machine, or a recorded announcement are subject to airtime charges.

Logging In To My Evolve Account To get started, you are going to have to get acquainted with www.mts.ca/myevolveaccount. This is the website where you will log in to your online Prepaid account.

We will need your email address so that we can send you payment confirmations, inform you of changes to the Evolve service, and to provide you with access to the latest and greatest Evolve promotions.

If 1 is dialed before the 10-digit number, long distance charges will apply. When making a long distance call, you need to dial 1 + the area code + the 7-digit phone number.

There are no additional per minute long distance charges. At this time, Evolve cellular service is not available when traveling in the U.S. Managing Your Account Managing your account while in another province is easy.

Your Password A password is a security feature that has been added to your Evolve account. Your password must be 4 to 7 digits in length and will allow you to make changes to your account through the “#TALK” menu, such as changing a rate plan or adding or removing a feature. You will also use this password to access your voice mailbox.
