WBH-16EAWD POWER BUGGY — SHUT-DOWN PROCEDURE
Shutdown Procedure (Normal)
Correct shutdown is important to safe operation. Follow these
general steps:
1. Come to a FULL stop.
2. Engage the parking brake (Figure 16).
3. Place the
throttle lever
(Figure 11) in the SLOW position.
Idle engine 3-5 minutes for gradual cooling.
4. Turn the
igition switch
(Figure 12) to the OFF position to
shut-down the engine.
5. Cycle hydraulic controls to eliminate residual pressure.
6. Remove
ignition key
on electric start models.
7. Block wheels if on a slope or incline.
Emergency Shutdown Procedure
The AWD Power Buggy is equipped with a safety
kill switch
.
This switch is located on the right side of the handle bar
(Figure 15).
1. Press the power buggy's
kill switch
(Figure 15) and listen for
the engine to stop.
2. Engage the
parking brake
(Figure 16).
3. Turn the
igition switch
(Figure 12) to the OFF position.

NEVER disable or disconnect the kill switch.
It is provided for the operator's safety and
injury may result if it is disabled, disconnected
or improperly maintained.
