Multy Industries offers a five (5) year limited warranty to the original purchaser of Easy Tile
TM
Dry Floor on the following terms and
conditions as set forth hereafter. Easy Tile
TM
Dry Floor is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and/or workmanship for
residential, owner occupied installations. Multy Industries will, at its discretion replace the affected product with new product that is
of similar quality and/or color, or with a product of comparable quality, from current inventory available, at no cost to the original
purchaser. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
• Claims must be sent in writing to Warranty Claims, Multy Industries, 100 Pippin Road, Concord, Ontario, Canada L4K 4X9, within
thirty (30) days of identification of any claimed defects. Proof of purchase will be required.
• All claims must be made promptly following the identification of defects. Claims will be processed within 4-6 weeks of receipt.
• Multy reserves the right to inspect and/or test any defective product prior to replacement.
EXCLUDED FROM WA R R A N T Y:
• The exact matching of shade or color.
• Any express of implied promise made by any salesman or representative.
• Labour costs including, without restriction, cost of initial installation, cost of removal and/or cost of replacement of defective tiles.
• Problems or damage caused by moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or alkali to the sub-floor.
• Problems or damage caused by mold and mildew growth.
• Problems caused by uses, maintenance and installation that is contrary to specifications, recommendations or instructions
specified by Multy Industries.
• Fading and/or discoloration resulting from heavy sunlight penetrations and ultraviolet ray exposure from direct or glass-filtered
sunlight.
• Deterioration attributable to normal wear and tear.
• Problems or damage due to spills, flooding, improper use, or improper cleaning agents or maintenance methods including, but
not limited to: cuts, pets, burns, tears, stains and appliances, leveling compounds, high heels or spike heels or damage and/or
discoloration from floor care products.
• Surface stains including stains resulting from asphalt, driveway sealer and rubber wheels.
• Problems or damage resulting from incorrect installation, re-installation, or improper conditions for installation.
• Color differences between tiles, or product photographs or samples and actual product.
• Any application other than residential owner occupied use.
L I M I TATION OF LIABILITY:
No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is made. The sole remedy provided by this
warranty or any implied warranty is tile replacement. Remedies for incidental or consequential damages are
expressly excluded.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary between Provinces or States. Some
Provincial and State laws do not allow limitations or exclusions, so that the above may not be applicable to you.

est garanti contre les vices de fabrication et/ou de qualité d’exécution en cas d’installation
résidentielle, au domicile de l’acheteur. Multy Industries accepte, à sa discrétion, de réparer ou de remplacer les carreaux
défectueux, sans frais pour l’acheteur original, par des carreaux neufs de qualité et/ou de couleur semblable ou par un produit de
qualité comparable si le produit original n’est plus disponible. La garantie est sous réserve des conditions
suivantes :
• Les réclamations doivent être faites par écrit au Service des réclamations, Multy Industries, 100 Pippin Road, Concord (Ontario)
CANADA L4K 4X9, dans les trente (30) jours suivant la constatation du défaut pour lequel on demande un dédommagement. La
demande doit obligatoirement être accompagnée d’une preuve d’achat.
• Toutes les réclamations doivent être faites promptement après la constatation des défauts. Il faut compter de 4 à 6 semaines
pour le règlement.
• Multy se réserve le droit d’inspecter et/ou de tester le produit défectueux avant de le réparer ou de le remplacer.
EXCLUSIONS :
• La concordance exacte des couleurs.
• Toute promesse explicite ou implicite faite par un vendeur ou représentant.
• Les coûts de main-d’oeuvre, notamment les coûts d’installation initiale, les coûts d’enlèvement et/ou les coûts de remplacement
des carreaux défectueux.
