WIFI Printer Setting

Before the installation procedure, Let’s clear what is AP and STA mode.

AP mode: The devices are connected to the printer, they can’t connect to the

Internet and print. [Low probability of use ]

STA mode: The printer and the devices connect to the same WIFI router, the printer

can print according to the command by your devices.

What we need to do is change the IP address in STA mode, and change the WIFI

printer name in AP mode.

1. the WIFI name and password(key) is in the self-test page. Search SSID

“WIFI Printer” and connect (After connected, the network of your device will

disconnect with Internet)

2. Open Browser input default AP mode IP:10.10.100.254 (According to the IP from

self-test page) User name and password is admin..

5. STA mode setting: Click “Scan” in screen, Select the SSID that you want to connect. Input your WIFI password, click”Save” Notes: your WIFI and password should be collect, or the printer cannot connect.

6. Change the "Obtain an IP address automatically" from "Enable" to "Disable", And write the new IP into “IP Address” Notes: printer’s IP address shall be in the same network segment as the connected computer’s to realize intercommunication, And it can't conflict with the IP address of other devices. Subnet Mask/Gateway Address must be the same as your PC ( [Start]--[Run]--[cmd] run the cmd command:ipconfig) 7. Click save after every setting 8.

10. Connect successfully, trying to print the receipt. Connect the computer or phone to your office WIFI (Router), check if the printer connect STA successfully 11.
