■ Features
1. Small size and large capacitance
2. Low ESR and ESL suitable for high frequency
3. Applied maximum temperature up to 150 deg. C
Note: Maximum accumulative time to 150 deg. C
is within 2000 hours.
4. Coated with epoxy (LxW=4.0x3.5mm) or
silicone (LxW=4.0x3.5mm over) resin which is
suitable for heat cycle.
5. The RH series meet AEC-Q200 reguirements.
