Murray,Inc.warrantsto theoriginalpurchasertheethisunitshallbefloefromdefectsinma-
terialandworkmanshipunder normpJuseand servicefor a peded of"two(2)Yasm from
the dateof purchase;however,thiswarrantydoesneecoverengines,eocossodss (suchas
snowblowers,snowblades,grassbaggersendplows),transmissions,beetedesend Nor-
realWearPelts (exceptas notedbelow)ortrenasxIssasthecompaniesthatmanufacture
these itemsfurnishtheirownwenantiesand provideservicethroughtheirauthorized itdd
servicefacilities.Foradditional information,see the warrantiescoveringtheseparticular
parts.If you are uncertainwhetheryourunit containsor isequippedwithoneor moreof
thaseparts,consuityourdeoJerpdortopurchsse.Subjeottothe termsandconditionsnoted
inthisLimitedWarranty,we shall,at ouroption,repairor replaceat nocosttothe edginal
purchaseranypartcoveredbythisUmitedWarrantyduringthe applicable warrantyperiod.
Inthe eventthe batteryprovesdefectivewithinninety(g0)daysfromthedate ofpurchase,
we wiUreplaceitwithoutcharge.Ifthe b_tery provosdefectlveafter(90)daysbutwithinone
hundredtwenty (120)days fromthe dateof purchase,we willreplaceitfor a charge of one
half (1/2) of the retailpriceof the batteryineffectatthe lime of reeum.
NormalWearPertseredefinedasbeffs, blades,bladeadapters, pnoumeeictiras,headlights
and seat covers.These partsare warrantedtohe freefromdefectsinmotedalandwork-
manshipas deliveredwiththe product.Anyclaimfor repairor replacement ofNormalWee/
Partsmust bemadewithinthidy (30)daysofthedeeeofpumhase. Noclaimsinvolvingdam-
age causedfrommstedaluse, abuse or misusewillbe honored.

warrantyisvoidordoesnotapplyto anyunittheehasbeentamperedwith,altered, misused,
abusedorusedforrentalor othercommercialend/orprofessional(non-homeowner)uses.
Yourwarrantydoesnotcoverminormechanicaladjustments whicherenotduetoany de-
fect inmeeedalor workmanehip.Forassistance inmakingsuchadjustments, consultyour

repairthe unit.Ifwe authorizethe rotumof the defectivepartonly,we will eitherreplaceor
repairthe part Inthe caseof a defectinatransmission ordifferential(asdistinguishedfront
