9. Keep the nozzle in contact with the rim of the fuel tank or container opening at all times until fueling is complete. DO NOT use a nozzle lock-open device 10. If fuel is spilled on clothing, change clothing immediately. 11. DO NOT overfill a fuel tank. Replace fuel cap and tighten securely. Operation 1. ASSEMBLY NOTE: Illustrations and pictorials begin on page 2. Read and follow the assembly and adjustment instructions for your mower. All fasteners are in the parts bag (see Figure 15). Do not discard any parts or material until the unit is assembled. WARNING: Before doing any assembly or maintenance to the mower, remove the wire from the spark plug. NOTE: Torque is measured in foot pounds (metric N.m). This measurement describes how tight a nut or bolt must be. The torque is measured with a torque wrench.
1. Hold the flange nut (3) with a wrench. Use another wrench and loosen the axle bolt (1). 2. Remove the flange nut (3). 3. Move the wheel (2) and axle bolt (1) to another position. 4. Assemble the washer (3) and flange nut (4) on the axle bolt (1). Tighten the axle bolt (1). Do not turn the flange nut (4). Blade Service How To Remove The Blade (Figure 11 and Figure 12) WARNING: Do not remove gasoline while inside a building, near a fire, or while you smoke.

MONTAGE REMARQUE : les illustrations et pictogrammes commencent à la page 2. Lire et suivre les instructions de montage et d’ajustement concernant votre tondeuse. Toutes les pièces de fixation se trouvent dans le sachet de pièces (voir Figure 15). Ne jeter aucune pièce ni aucun matériel avant que l’appareil soit monté . AVERTISSEMENT : avant d’effectuer tout assemblage ou réparation sur la tondeuse, détacher le fil électrique de la bougie d’allumage.
Lubrification 1. Pour de meilleurs résultats, lubrifier les roues et et les points de pivotement avec de l’huile pour moteur toutes les 25 heures. 2. Pour lubrifier le moteur, consulter le livre d’instructions relatives au moteur. REMARQUE : ne pas lubrifier le câble de blocage du moteur. Les lubrifiants l’endommageront et l’empêcheront de bouger librement. Remplacer tout câble plié ou endommagé. Nettoyage du bloc de coupe AVERTISSEMENT : La lame tournera quand le moteur sera mis en route.

Elever la hauteur de coupe si l’herbe est haute. 2. Inspecter le dessous du carter de la lame. Nettoyer la tondeuse de l’herbe et autre débris. 3. Inspecter le câble de la bougie et voir s’il est bien branché. 4. Nettoyer les ailettes de refroidissement du moteur et autres débris. 5.
