Check in the computer's control panel under USB devices and see if the dac15.2 is selected. If not, with both the dac15.2 and your computer powered up, remove the USB cable from the computer and then re-insert it. Watch the computer monitor for an indication it has found the hardware. Apple computers may not automatically recognize the dac15.2.
