Overview
The Dual Audio-Video Balun allows up to two (2)
composite video signals and up to two (2)
unbalanced audio signals to be transmitted via
unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable in a point-to
point connection.
Used in pairs, the Dual Audio-Video Balun
eliminates up to four (4) coaxial cables, allowing
audio-video equipment to be connected via
space-efficient and cost-effective Category 5
twisted pair cable. The Dual Audio-Video Balun
also works in conjunction with MuxLab’s Audio-
Video Distribution Hub (p/n 500200) allowing
audio-video to be distributed via UTP to up to
eight (8) locations.

Classroom video distribution, commercial and
home audio/video systems, hospital video
training, video conferencing, podium
presentation systems and video kiosks.
