SYSTEM ASSEMBLY STEP 1 REMOVE COMPONENTS FROM PACKAGING STEP 2 ASSEMBLE THE RACK 1. Carefully lift the weight plates from Box 1 and remove from cradles. 1. SYSTEM ASSEMBLY STEP 4 LOAD YOUR SYSTEM 1. Position your stand in its desired location. 2. Place (12) weight plates in each cradle. 3. Carefully place barbell handle into rack to load. Be careful to ensure each end is aligned with weight stack. NOTE: The release button should be oriented to the user. 4. If necessary, slide one cradle with weight plates side to side to allow for a proper fit. STEP 5 TEST WEIGHT PLATE SELECTION MECHANISM 1. Adjust the weight selector dials to your desired weight.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Prior to undertaking any lifting program, ensure you have followed the set up instructions on page 7 and are familiar with correct operation as detailed below: 1. TIP: Be sure to lift the barbell vertically when removing it from the cradle. If the barbell is pulled out at an angle, it may drag against un-selected weight plates. The cradle end plate is too tight.
