When connected to a car charger, the device turns on and start recording
automacally. The red ● icon will show on the screen. The flashing red ● icon
indicates that the device is recording.
If you want to protect/lock the current recordings, please press the buon
and the icon will appear on the screen. To stop recording, press up buon
and the red dot disappears, indicang that the recording has stopped.)
Recording:
Replay Mode
In Recording Mode, please press the Up buon to enter Replay Mode. Replay
Mode allows to play back the saved video. Select a video and press “Ok” buon
to play the video.
You can delete the file by pressing the “OK” buon and choose “Delete” if you
would like to delete video file.
You can lock/unlock the video file by pressing the “OK” buon and choose
“Lock/Unlock” if you would like to lock/unlock the video. The locked file won’t be
overwrien. To return to Recording Mode, please press the buon.
Connecng to a PC
Orbit 510 can connect to a PC by using a micro USB data cable (not supplied).
The supplied micro USB cable is for charging and supplying power only. When the
device is connected to a PC, the icon shows on the Orbit 510 screen. On the PC.
Please select the USB drive on the PC and select the “DCIM” folder to view saved
videos. Regular video file will show as file name “MOVI####” and locked videos
will show as “LOCK####”.
Note
● Improper operaon will cause the device to be crash. If the dash cam crashes,
press the reset buon to reset the camera.
● Don’t leave the camera in direct sunlight or where the temperature could go
above 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit for a long period of me.
