Wood Platform Cover Installation
1. The platform is not pre-drilled to accept the platform cover (2).
2. Drill four ¼” holes in the steel platform top in the approximate location
shown below. Do not drill the holes too close to the edge of the tread top.
If the holes are too close to the edge of the platform, the wood platform
cover could split when installing the screws.
3. Locate the wood platform cover on top of the platform.
4. Install the pan head wood screws (A) through the holes drilled in step 2
and into the wood platform cover.
