3. If the connection was not established,
the Preparing window will open after
clicking on the Download button on the
main toolbar. It is then recommended
to wait for 5–10 seconds.
If there is no connection with the computer, the following actions may help.
Re-connect the Device to the computer.
Check that the USB cable is properly connected to the Device and computer.
Check that the Device is turned on and showing the main screen.
For the Bluetooth connection, manually activate the connection from the computer (e.g. if
you have Windows XP, right click the mouse on the Bluetooth icon on the bottom right of
the computer screen, then click Bluetooth Quick connect, then Bluetooth Serial Port and
choose from the list of available devices the Device that you would like to connect). If the
required Device is not yet paired please go back to the Bluetooth icon and click Add
Bluetooth device followed by the pairing procedure of devices.
Close and open the Software and repeat the actions above to establish the connection.
