6. Keep the device steady in the range of the acceptable
measurement position. There is an in-built Delay (1 sec)
before the device automatically performs the measurement.
Follow the instructions displayed on the screen:
 Move into position! – move the Device towards the
Object;
 Hold position! – hold the Device in the acceptable
measuring position;
 Move back! – move the Device away from the Object;
 Rotate! – rotate the Device around its longitudinal axis.
7. If the Device has detected a Co-oscillation interference, a
sound signal will be played, the probe light changes to red
and the Device screen displays an interference notification
(see chapter 2.3).
If the interferences occur repeatedly during measurement
series, the measurement should be discontinued, the cause
identified and corrective actions applied.
8.1 After completing the Measurement series, the window of
Measurement results appears where the Measurement
result

of the respective Measurement profile and the
variation coefficient (CV) of the Measurement series are
displayed. In the window for Measurement results, the
quality of the Measurement series are evaluated (see chapter
2.2.5).
If necessary, the measurement can be repeated by clicking on
Re-Measure.
