3.6.3 Creating the Multiscan Analysis report
The Multiscan Analysis report is a protocol for Measurement results of one Subject where the
difference between two Multiscan Measurement series is statistically compared.
In the Multiscan Analysis report, the following parameters are displayed for the F, D, S, C, R of
Measurement series:
Average - arithmetical mean;
Standard deviation;
Variation coefficient (%) (CV);
Minimum - minimum value;
Maximum - maximum value;
Median;
Difference of averages (%)—the difference of averages of two Measurement Series;
Difference by Student´s t-test (sign. 5%) – the result of the ”Student´s t-test“ of two
Measurement series.
