The creation of a Multiscan Analysis report is possible only for the measurements performed
with Multiscan mode Patterns (see chapter 3.4.2).
For the calculation of the data displayed in the report, minimum and maximum values will be
removed from the sample. For this reason, the data displayed in the Report may be different
from the data displayed on the Device.
To create a Multiscan Analysis report, perform the following actions in the Software:

1. Open the Software and click on the Results
button in the main window of Software.
2. Open the Results tab in the Results window.
3. Activate two rows of Multiscan measurement
results for which you wish to create the
report.
The rows can be activated by double clicking
on the mouse in the first row, and by single-
clicking the second row or by holding down
the Ctrl key on the keyboard and selecting at
the same time the respective rows.
4.1 In the Results window, click on the Multi
analysis button.
If Show description on report notation was
not activated in the Preferences window (see
chapter 4.2.8), the report will be opened on
the PC screen.
