Product description The USB Gateway is a device used to locate and identify MYSPHERA wristbands. USB Gateway has a USB 2.0 interface that can be connected to any computer to process the location information it collects. 2.1. Version Producto: BCNBU20301 Case : 2.1.

7. Incidents solution 7.1. Usual incidents PROBLEM No LED lights up. SOLUTION The device isn’t powered. Verify that the device is connected to the computer. If it still doesn’t work, please contact support. PROBLEM The device is locked. SOLUTION Normally the device should be unlocked in a maximum time of 10 seconds from its previous performance.
