USB2.0 ASIO Setup with Native DSD

As of this writing ASIO over USB is the only format that supports direct native DSD playback.

The configuration below will allow for 128x DSD playback.

1. Inside foobar2000 go to File>Preferences

2. Goto Playback>Output>ASIO
