Naim Audio Limited Warranty
All Naim Audio Mu-so sound systems are covered by a two (2) year parts
and labor warranty.
All Naim Audio Accessories and remote controls are covered by a one (1)
year warranty.
Warranty coverage includes all defects of parts or workmanship.
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or abuse, or damages
resulting from accidents or neglect.
Please refer all servicing needs directly to Naim Audio’s sole North American
Importer, Audio Plus Services.
If returned for servicing, the product must be properly packaged in it’s original
carton, and shipped to Audio Plus Services by the customer at their expense.
All warranty repaired items shipped to Audio Plus Services will be shipped back
to the customer free of any return freight charges. Prior to shipping, please call
us for a return authorization number allowing us to more quickly process,
diagnose, fix and return your Naim Audio product.
Please retain your original bill of sale as it is your proof of warranty. You are
required to send a copy of that bill of original purchase for all repairs covered
by warranty.
