WARRANTY The Scooter
™
We Namco Manufacturing, Inc. (herein after referred to as NAMCO), hereby warranty all Namco
Cleaning Equipment against defects of workmanship, parts and labor under the condition that the
PURCHASER BUY AND USE CHEMICALS FROM NAMCO ONLY.
The motors and pump have a one (1) year pro-rated warranty, excluding labor, as follows:
PARTS PRO-RATED OVER 1 YEAR
CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER
0 - 90 days
NO CHARGE FOR PARTS
3 - 6 months
25% of the List Price for Parts
7 - 9 months
50% of the List Price for Parts
10 - 12 months
75% of the List Price for Parts
THE WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO 90 DAYS ON LABOR. Thereafter, labor will be charged to the customer at
the prevailing hourly rate.
Namco Manufacturing, Inc. is not responsible for any work performed on, equipment furnished thereto or
repairs effected upon any of its products by other than Namco Manufacturing, Inc. or authorized dealer
personnel.
The Warranty obligation extends only to the repair or replacement of parts found, upon Namco Manufacturing,
Inc. examination to be defective. Abuse or negligent to the unit will void manufacturer warranty.
The foregoing constitutes Namco’s entire warranty and no other warranty, liability, contingency or responsibility,
direct, indirect, consequential or in any other way connected with the sale or operation of Namco’s machine or
chemical products is expressed or implied.
NOTICE: TO AVOID DAMAGES AND CANCELLATION OF WARRANTY USE ONLY NAMCO PRODUCTS
AND FAILURE TO COMPLETE AND RETURN THE ATTACHED WARRANTY RECORDS CARD WITHIN
TEN (10) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MACHINE BY PURCHASER WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
NOTICE THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ABUSE OF
EQUIPMENT WHICH WILL BE DETERMINID BY NAMCO.

