Warranty

If your purchase was made within a 1 year period and you are experiencing issues with your item,
you may be covered under the limited manufacturer warranty. If you are experiencing any of the
following issues, please contact a customer service representative immediately:
• Rusting
• Finish deterioration
The limited warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Injuries or damages resulting from a defective product
• Expenses related to labor charges, removal, or reinstallation
costs
• Shipping fees including freight or postage
• Damages due to:
• Negligence
• Improper installation
• Improper repairs
• Improper use
• Improper maintenance
• Altered products
OFFICIAL WARRANTY COVERAGE
Nameek's does not make warranties, expressed or implied, except for warranty that our product may
be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date
of purchase. If a product is determined to be defective while still under warranty, the manufacturer will
repair or replace the product (whichever cost is smaller) at its own expense
(excluding shipping and installation charges). In accordance with the laws of limitation and exclusion
state by state, and therefore provided the duly exceptions, Nameek's is not liable, in any event for any
special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses (including, but not limited to loss of
business, loss of profits, etc). For breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or
otherwise, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nameek's liability on any
claim (including negligence) will not in any case exceed the contract price paid by the original
purchaser for the product claimed defective or unsuitable.
