Help center
The help center has two modes: software problem diagnosis and hardware diagnosis. The fault
diagnosis mode is used to help technical support engineers collect information (such as phone logs and
configurations) more conveniently for technical support and development engineers to analyze
customer problems. Hardware diagnosis provides a user-friendly way to diagnose hardware problems.
Software problem diagnosis
To use the help center via Phone interface:
1. Press Menu
2. Press the keypad ##**
3. Press softkey Start
4. Press ok and start operation after the frame disappears
5. Enter the help center again
6. Select stop and the operation logs will be uploaded to the server
To use the help center via Web interface:
1. Click Management →Tools
2. Click Diagnostic Mode Start
3. Wait for a few seconds and perform the operation on the IP phone
4. Click stop
5. You can choose to export or upload the operation log
Hardware diagnosis
You can perform hardware diagnosis only via Phone interface
1. Press Menu
2. Press the keypad ##**
3. Press and to select Hardware diagnostics
