Audio Diagnostic
1. Select Audio Diagnostic
2. The voice chip self-check is automatically performed after the page is displayed
3. Voice echo test Related tests are performed on the phone and you can switch by speakerphone,
handset and headset
4. Press finish and choose the result
If you choose abnormal, the phone will play an audio clip:
1. Press start
2. Check whether the sound is normal after playing.
3. If the sound is abnormal, the playback device is faulty; if the sound is normal, the radio device is
faulty.
LED Diagnostic
You can switch the Off, Green and Red states of all LED lights by the left and right keys.
Network Diagnostic
You can choose WAN Port Status, LAN Port Status, Ping and Trace Route.
WAN Port Status:
The device checks itself and displays network information
LAN Port Status
The device checks itself and displays network information
Ping
The default detection is 8.8.8.8.
Press back and you can enter the IP address
TraceRoute:
The default detection is 8.8.8.8
Press back and you can enter the IP address
USB Diagnostic:
1. The device automatically checks the USB port status
2. Insert the USB as prompted
3. The device will further check whether the function is normal.
Diagnostics
With diagnostics function, you can troubleshoot network connectivity problems. Here you can use both
Ping and Traceroute functions. You can enable the phone to detect the reachability of the connected
wired or wireless network.
Ping
Ping is used to determine whether the local host can successfully exchange (send and receive) data
packets with another host. Based on the returned information, it can be inferred whether the TCP/IP
parameters are set correctly, whether the operation is normal, whether the network is smooth, etc.
How to use Ping function:
1. Press soft key Menu→Features
2. Press and to choose diagnostics
3. Enter Network→Ping
4. Fill in Ping IP or URL
5. Press soft key Start
