Step 2: Connect Junction Box to Ceiling Wires
WARNING: Do not attempt this if you are not familiar with electrical systems. Contact a
qualified electrician instead.
1. Remove one of the knockout holes found on the side of the junction box.
2. Insert the electrical cable found in your ceiling through this hole and into the
junction box.
3. Wire the box by:
Green Ground Wire
Inserting the green ground wire into the connector with the green wire.
White Neutral Wire
Inserting the white neutral wire into the connector with the white wire.
Black Live Wire
Inserting the black hot/live wire into the connector with the black wire.
4. Close the box.
