8.3 SAFETY SCREEN & GLASS DOOR
DOOR REMOVAL / INSTALLATION:
A barrier designed to reduce the risk of burns from the hot viewing glass is provided with the appliance
and shall be installed.

A. The glass door is secured to the top and front bottom edges of the fi rebox with four spring latches. Pull
forward on the latches and away from the door to release.
B.
Slide the door forward off its support.
C. Reverse steps to re-install the glass door. Slide the front with safety screen onto the hooks over the top
of the spacers and then let it slide down into position.
SAFETY SCREEN REMOVAL / INSTALLATION:
A. Lift the front with safety screen up, pull it towards you and lift up and away from the appliance.
B. Slide screen out and away from the front surround.
C. Reverse steps to reinstall. Slide the front with safety screen onto the hooks over the top of the spacers
and then let it slide down into position.
