Infrared Side Burner Use




WARNING! Do not close the side burner lid while it is operang or hot.
WARNING! Do not adjust cooking grid while hot or operang.
WARNING! Do not use side burner to deep fry foods as cooking with oil can create a dangerous
situaon.

WARNING! Barbecue sauce and salt can be corrosive and will cause rapid deterioraon of the gas
grill components unless cleaned regularly. When nished cooking disassemble rosserie components,
wash thoroughly with warm soapy water and store indoors.
