It’s as easy as it looks! Seperate the

Mounting Plate (B) from the Fixture

(1) by removing the screws from the

side of the back plate.

Pre-Installation

• Read all instructions prior to beginning assembly.

• To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive sur-

face such as carpet or cardboard.

• Keep the receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase.

• Use 1 Type A or Type ST bulbs or 13 W LED equivalent (not included).
