First, wrap the ground wire from the Fixture (1) around the
grounding screw on the Mounting Plate (G) and then secure it
in place by tightening the grounding screw.
Next, use the Wire Nut (H) to join the ground wires from the
Fixture (1) and from the Electrical Box.
